[29-Jun-2026 18:10:02 UTC] OpenEMR has already been installed. If you wish to force re-installation, then edit /var/www/localhost/htdocs/openemr/library/classes/../../sites/default/sqlconf.php (change the 'config' variable to 0), and re-run the setup.php script.
